Zach Block is the founder of MPP. Zach has spent over 20 years in leadership roles in media. Most recently, Zach was SVP of Global Business Development at Conde Nast, where he led BD across all Conde brands and markets. At Conde, Zach was responsible for negotiating industry leading deals with the likes of TikTok, Apple, and Google; launching new business lines ranging from affiliate commerce to audio programming; incubating new monetization strategies; and leading content distribution efforts. Previously, Zach led digital business development at ESPN, where he pioneered multi-platform revenue partnerships with companies like Dick's Sporting Goods and StubHub and launched new products like ESPN's first API portal. Zach has extensive consulting experience, having worked at the Boston Consulting Group, after receiving his MBA from Columbia Business School. Zach began his career as a journalist at The Providence Journal and the Brown Alumni Magazine.

Refine sales materials and presentations, as well as build potential client list; support sales process from outreach to onboarding
Manage holistic deal and contracting process, including creating program business terms, developing contract templates (with legal support), partner outreach, and contract negotiation / execution
Manage partner lifecycle, including developing target lists, conducting outreach, managing demos, onboarding, and optimization
Build bespoke plans and investment case to accelerate growth of BAU and support development of new business lines to diversify revenue base
Define core addressable audience, as well as development of tactics to drive audience acquisition, social growth, web traffic, or other key KPIs
Business planning and execution support to launch or grow affiliate commerce business for niche or scale media
Develop off-platform content distribution and monetization strategy across all content formats; execution support provided as needed
Mount Prospect Partners (MPP) is named after Mount Prospect Park. A beloved oasis in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, this park stands as the borough's second-highest point and played a role in the Battle of Brooklyn in 1776, serving as a lookout point for Washington's Continental Army. Drawing inspiration from this historical context, MPP helps clients seize their potential and achieve new levels of success. For nearly a century, Mount Prospect Park also was home to a reservoir that supplied clean water to Brooklyn, supporting the borough's growth. Just as the reservoir sustained Brooklyn, MPP focuses on providing clarity of ideas and strategies to fuel client growth.
